AUTO TRANSMISSION REPAIR WARRANTY POLICY
Our Standard Warranty on New or Rebuilt/Remanufacture (R) parts and labor is one year or 12,000 miles whichever comes first unless noted different on this form.
On Our Rebuilt/Overhaul Transmission we offer an option to upgrade the coverage to:
Two year or 24,000 miles whichever comes first for additional cost (call for details)
Or to:
3 year or 36,000 miles whichever comes first for additional cost (call for details)
Warranty on Used (U) parts (Used Parts has no labor warranty ) is 1 Month or 1,000 miles whichever comes first for parts only NOT for Labor (if vendor from any reason will refuse to replace it under warranty we will not warranty this item) unless noted different on this form.
Warranty work has to be performed in our shop only & cannot exceed the original cost of repair.
Warranty does not covered towing, rental car or loss of use.
Warranty Start from the date that the parts was purchased by us from our vendor or installation date (if parts was in our stock) and not from the date that the vehicle was picked up (unless purchased and/or installed date is same as pick up date – the earliest date with-in those 3 date is the day that the warranty is started !)
